At what time is: Check in / Start of sailing / Return back / Check out?
The check-in desk is open from 10 AM until 5 PM in your departure marina. Let us know in advance if you have a late flight.
Ultra Week 1: We aim to sail out on Saturday around 6-7 PM.
Ultra Week 2: We’ll set sails on Monday morning around 9 AM.
We return to the Marina Friday afternoon, and the latest check-out time is at 8:30 am on Saturday morning.
If you have to go earlier you can do an early check-out. Please let us know in advance if you require early check-out.
Are ULTRA Europe tickets included?
Yes, Ultra Europe tickets are included with your Ultra Sailweek booking. Booking the Ultra route automatically includes a festival ticket; it’s not possible to book the route without one.
For both Ultra Week 1 and Week 2, all guests receive a 3-day General Admission ticket to the Ultra Europe festival.
What are the differences between Ultra week 1 and Ultra week 2?
The main difference between Ultra Week 1 and Ultra Week 2 lies in the timing of the festival and how each week integrates with it:
- Ultra Week 1: This week ends with the Ultra Europe festival. Ultra week 1 concludes as the festival begins. Guests stay on the boat for only the first night of the festival (Friday) and check out Saturday morning 8:30 AM.
- Ultra Week 2: This week starts with the Ultra Europe festival. Guests check in on the boat on Saturday and stay for the second and third nights of the festival on the boat. The boat sails out on Monday, after the festival concludes, and continues along the Party route.
Both Ultra Week 1 and Ultra Week 2 include a 3-day General Admission ticket to the Ultra Europe festival as part of the booking.

We bought Ultra tickets through Sailweek. When will we receive them?
For Ultra Week 1 guests, wristbands will be available for pickup on check-in day or throughout the week.
For Ultra Week 2 guests, wristbands can be collected at the Sailweek pickup zone at the venue on Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 1 AM. Look for the Sailweek flag in front of the ticket booth. The location and site map will be provided in your arrival information.
Where is my boat going to be located? How can I get to the Ultra venue?
We use 5 different marinas in Split area.
You will find out the final location of your departure marina latest 14 days before the trip by logging to your Sailweek account.
Please note that some of the guests may have their departure marina located 30 km from Split in Trogir or Seget. In that case we recommend using our partner company for transfers, booking.hr
Prices of Uber and private taxis are extremely high during the festival so we don’t recommend using them.
The price of the shared car/taxi from Split to Trogir/Seget shouldn’t be higher than 50 EUR.
The ultra route was amazing, had the time off my life on the cupcake boat along with our skipper Miloš. Definitely would recomend
